We ship items out as soon as we get them from the sellers, but this will not be the same day as your order. In general, you will receive your item within the chosen shipping time frame ( 2-4 business days/ Maximum 7 business days) . If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox). This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Important notes

After receiving the shipment, if you find any product is missing then you will have 2 days to inform us. In case, if you didn’t receive your order within 10 days from purchase date, please contact us immediately. We might not accept the concern if received beyond this timeframe.

Cancellation guidelines

Order cancellation option is available in website for half an hour from the time of purchase if you no longer wish to receive. After clicking “Cancel order” option, your order/product will be cancelled and no charges will occur.

In the event that you want to cancel your order for any reason, following conditions will be applicable:

  • If the order/product has been processed by us but not yet shipped, then no charges will be applied.
  • If the order/product has been processed and shipped by us to our concern logistic warehouse destination, then partial shipping charges will be deducted from the total order amount. To know the exact deduction amount, you can contact our customer support team.

If the order has been dispatched for our side and tracking number is   available from the courier company on tracking page then order cannot be cancelled. You will be covered under our Return and Refund policy.

Return Guidelines

      RETURN ELIGIBILITY

       1. Your received product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.

       2.  Return request must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery of the order.

      RETURN REQUEST

       1.  Return request can be raised by selecting the correct return reason displayed in the ‘Message Subject’ in Contact Us page. Upload product images by clicking on “Upload Image” button. Enter the order number and brief about the problem you have experienced with the product in the space (Message) provided and send it to us.

      2.  We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

    RETURN ACCEPTANCE

   Return of purchased goods can be permitted only under the following circumstances:

      o Item is physically damaged
      o Item is defective and cannot be repaired
      o Wrong item delivered
      o Wrong color / sized-item delivered
      o Wrong quantity
      o Missing parts/accessories

RETURN ATTACHMENTS AND PACKING

      o Items are to be returned with all accessories and original/secure packaging. Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.
      o Invoice and all the tags/labels should be kept inside the return package.
      o Items which are returned without original packaging / accessories will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCEDURE

      o After receipt of the item(s) from Customer, we initiate replacement within 7 business days.

      o Sending a replacement depends on the availability of the product. If there is non-availability of replacement product then we will refund the entire amount.

      o In a rare event of the replacement item(s) being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by us after we receive the product.

      o Upon receiving the returned items, a Quality Inspection would be performed over the product. If Quality inspection failed, the product will be sent to customer and no refund will be provided.

Refund Guidelines

      o Once your refund has been approved by our team, it would take anywhere between 6-7 business days to complete your refund process.

      o For all prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made.
