Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the site indicates that you have read, understood & agreed to be bound by these “Terms of Use” and the Website's “Privacy Policy” available at the homepage pickurneeds.in.Pick Ur Needs agrees to deliver the merchandise ordered by you only at such locations as per the Order Confirmation Form. Pick Ur Needs Shall not be liable to deliver any merchandise or Services purchased by Users for delivery in locations outside India. Our business hours for customer service are from Monday to Saturday between 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. During the off hours and holidays, you can write to us at support@pickurneeds.in . Use of the Website is permissible only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. shall not be permitted to avail the Services or use the Website. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the Pick Ur Needs Website and shall not transact on or use the website.Pick Ur Needs Reserves the right to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide you with access to the Website without according any reasons.

§  PRICING INFORMATION

  • We always offer the best possible prices on products for our customers. Sometimes the pricing or product information on any product(s) displayed on our Website may be incorrectly reflected due to some technical issue, typographical error etc. and in such cases Pick Ur Needs may cancel your order(s).

  • Pick Ur Needs shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of you/card-holder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by Pick Ur Needs with our acquiring bank from time to time.

  • Maximum Retail Price (MRP), sale price, discounted price can be changed based on the manufacturer price update without any notice.

§  USER OBLIGATIONS

  • You agree to adhere to all limitations on dissemination, use and reproduction of any materials (such as the product catalogs) that you access on the Website in accordance with this section.

  • You agree not to access the Website and the materials or Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Pick Ur Needs. You shall not use any deep-link, robot, spider or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Website or Content (as defined below), or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website, materials or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not specifically made available through the Website.

  • Pick Ur Needs may change, modify, amend, or update the Terms & Conditions from time to time without any prior notification to user(s) and the amended and restated terms and conditions of use shall be effective immediately on Updating / posting. Your continuous use of the service will signify your acceptance of the changed terms.

§  TAXATION POLICY

  • We Charge all taxes as per regulation. We charge GST depending on the item being shipped.

§  PRODUCT

  • All pictures displayed are only for illustration purpose. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs. Since every display device is set differently and photographs are taken using a camera, color may vary as seen by you from the actual product.

  • Actual product might vary from the picture displayed, product specification alone stands for Product information.

  • Common product image only be displayed for all variants in a single product page. Products with variants will be displayed with common product images, specific images for variant may not be shown.
§  ESTIMATED DISPATCH DAYS / ORDER DELIVERY TIME

  • After receipt of order placed online, the order is expected to be dispatched based on the timeline information provided in the product page. If in case the order delivery time exceeds the above committed timeline, Customer will be contacted to get order execution confirmation with the new delivery timeline. Based on the Customer acceptance the order will be executed or else it will be cancelled. In case of prepaid order, the entire amount collected will be refunded within 15 business days.

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, Local/State/National holidays will be dispatched on the next working day of Pick Ur Needs.

  • Eligible for the products only until stocks last. If orders contain "out of stock" products, it will be informed to customer immediately or next working day of Pick Ur Needs through phone or email.

 

§  PINCODE SERVICEABILITY

  • In case the customer does not check the “Delivery Availability” of the product to be ordered and places an order for delivery at a non-deliverable/serviceable pin code then customers are requested to contact Pick Ur Needs and give a deliverable/serviceable pin code to which the order will be delivered.
